Put 1 clove garlic in in the thermomix and chop at speed 7 for 3 seconds
Insert butterfly
Add:
Freshly ground pepper
Salt
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Blend at speed 4 for 1 minute
pour over leafy greens and enjoy!
